He holds a Master in Bioengineering for Regenerative and Precision Medicine, and a Bachelor in Computer Science from Instituto Superior Técnico, University of Lisbon. He researched demyelination and neuroregeneration at the Gulbenkian Institute for Molecular Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, University of Lisbon. His background in bioengineering, and insight into neuroscience, is complemented by data-driven and statistical approaches to biomedical datasets, motivating him to contribute to the advancement of data-informed solutions, fostering progress in addressing healthcare challenges.

Onkar Bhowra is a board-certified internist with 40+ years of leadership and practice experience in internal medicine, long-term care, hospice care, and multi-specialty service delivery. He has founded and directed multiple healthcare organizations in Arizona, served as Adjunct Assistant Professor at Midwestern University, and led award-winning hospice programs in Arizona and Nevada.
Recognized as one of Arizona’s Top Docs in 2023 and a Certified Medical Director of Long-Term Care, Dr. Bhowra advises NumericaIQ on clinical relevance, patient-centered modeling, and real-world care dynamics. Outside of medicine, he represents Team USA in Masters Field Hockey with international appearances in South Africa, Japan, and Europe.

As a Senior Fellow at RTI International, Dr. Bobashev leads projects for U.S. government and commercial clients in clinical, epidemiological, and health policy research. He holds active academic affiliations with UNC Chapel Hill, North Carolina State University, New York University, and the Data ScienceTech Institute (France).

Dr. Edwin Michael is a renowned epidemiologist and professor at the University of South Florida, whose work focuses on the population dynamics and control of infectious diseases. His research spans vector-borne and zoonotic diseases—including lymphatic filariasis, dengue, malaria, and COVID‑19—using methods such as system dynamics modeling, spatial analysis, and computational science.
His lab also explores the effects of climate change, co-occurring chronic and infectious diseases, and other socio-ecological drivers on disease transmission and morbidity.Dr. Michael currently leads development of the SEIRcast COVID-19 modeling portal, which supports population-level response planning and hospital surge forecasting.

Michael Wong, J.D. is a nationally recognized expert in patient safety, healthcare advocacy, and policy innovation. He founded and leads the Physician‑Patient Alliance for Health & Safety (PPAHS), where he champions solutions to reduce medical errors, enhance patient adherence, and improve healthcare access and outcomes.
Wong has collaborated with top institutions like Johns Hopkins, Harvard, Stanford, and the Cleveland Clinic to develop practical tools such as the Patient-Controlled Analgesia (PCA) Safety Checklist, addressing one of the most critical areas in patient safety. He is also a founding member of the American Board of Patient Safety and sits on the editorial board of the Journal of Patient .

Ashok Srinivasan

PROFESSOR at the UNIVERSITY of WEST FLORIDA
Dr. Ashok Srinivasan is the William Nystul Eminent Scholar Chair and Professor at the University of West Florida since 2018 and was a Program Director at the U.S. National Science Foundation from 2022 to August 2024. He obtained his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB). He performed postdoctoral research at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, subsequently held faculty positions at IIT Bombay, UCSB, and Florida State University, and is a Fulbright Fellow.
His research, on High Performance Computing, Public Health Analysis, Open Science Cyberinfrastructure, and Scientific Computing, has been funded by the National Science Foundation, National Institutes of Health, Department of Energy, Department of Defense, etc.
He currently leads project VIPRA on the spread of infections through air travel. Its results have been highlighted in over 300 news reports around the world and cited in testimony to the US Congress.
